Description: Scrapbook possibly compiled by Ralph Salzman containing clippings, maps, and other papers, 1958-1978, concerning Dunn County and Wisconsin history. There are quite a number of clippings which tell the history of small Dunn County communities including Baxterville, Weston, Chimney Rock, Dunnville, Waubeek, Vanceburg, Caryville, Meridean, and Tyrone. Also included is material about the Tainter family, the 1958 Dunn County tornado, Dunn County families and businesses, and historic buildings in Dunn, Barron, and Pepin counties as well as in other parts of Wisconsin.
